Circles of Learning is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian social service agency licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
Building on roots of tradition that trace back more than a quarter century, Circles of Learning is recognized as a not-for-profit, state-licensed child care facility with a long and distinguished record of support to local families. Among the services we offer are:
- Enhanced preschool services in partnership with the Rockford Public School’s Early Childhood Program.
- Infant/toddler care
- Before and after-school child care
- School-age summer and holiday care
- Nutritional services
- A comprehensive family support system

Hours
Circles of Learning is open year round, Monday through Friday. Hours of operation are 6:00 am to 5:30 pm

A sliding fee scale is available based on family size and income
